SEE THE GOAL has resulted into a wide range of products with an impact on each their target groups: vocational students and apprentices, VET teachers and consultants and in-company trainers. 32 educational videos have been produced and tested in training practice. The videos were supplemted with a manual for the video production of in-company learning outcomes and various guides for the application of videos to practice.
Finally, all these contributions from and to practice have enriched a report on the design of in-company learning outcomes. This report has come as a short version as well as an extended version.
There are recommendations regarding:
- the roles, involvement and co-production of the crucial stakeholders
- the number, formulation and taxonomies of in-company learning outcomes during an educational program
- the quality assurance
- and finally, the international outreach
